       Losing weight vs Slimming...A major difference between the two

            Way too many people are misled which explains why they are disappointed.

  •           WEIGHT LOSS: I always tell my clients that all we’re doing here is driving fat cells to shrink instead of eradicating them. This usually                   ends up in a “yo-yo effect”. Consequently, one only gets short-term/temporary results.
  •           SLIMMING: this time, we replace fat with muscle, without necessarily increasing in shape, to definitely get rid of adipocytes (fat cells)                while reinforcing the body. Once the new life hygiene has become a lifestyle, good results occur in the long-term.

               To eliminate fat, one needs a personalized training plan, a short-term detoxification program for the liver to be fully functional                              (instead of exhaustingly dealing with saturated fats) which also helps to drink more. The body is composed of 70% of water so it                         needs to be perfectly hydrated to function properly. As the years went by, I was able to notice that very few people think of drinking                     enough water, not to mention alcohol that has devastating effects on the body, as well as pollution, heavy metals found in processed                 foods, in seafood, fishes, etc. Our bodies constantly have to fight all sorts of aggressions. But, we can counteract these down sides.
